Virtual IWO Candidate Forum
The Independent Women's Organization of New Orleans (IWO) will host its Democratic candidates' forum on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 6:00 pm virtually through Zoom and live on the IWO New Orleans Facebook account.
Wednesday, May 26th Interviewing 7th District Louisiana Senatorial Democratic Candidates:
• Joanna Cappiello-Leopold
• Representative Gary Carter, Jr.
• Representative Mack Cormier
Qualified voting members of IWO will be invited to a closed session to discuss each candidate and vote on IWO Endorsements immediately following the interviews, with the vote taking place at approximately 7:30 p.m.
